1. Agreement

By creating an account or using VicPicQuest you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use VicPicQuest.

2. Who can use VicPicQuest

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must know you're using VicPicQuest and be willing to accept these Terms on your behalf. Members under 18 are subject to extra protections (see Teen & Children's Safety). You must provide an accurate date of birth.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant PASTE_YOUR_COMPANY_OR_FULL_NAME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content solely to operate and promote VicPicQuest. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable backup periods. You promise you own or have permission to share everything you upload and that it doesn't violate any law or anyone's rights.

5. Rules

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, glorifies violence or self-harm, harasses or hates, infringes others' rights, or is spam or malicious. You also agree not to attempt to hack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer VicPicQuest or bypass safety features such as age checks and time limits. Full details are in our Community Guidelines.

Live Stages. If you host or join a live Stage you also agree to the Live Stage Rules, including the rules on original-only material, safety and respect for the host's decisions to mute or remove participants.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk. We may report unlawful content, including child exploitation material, to the authorities.

7. Copyright

We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the DMCA. See Copyright & DMCA.

8. Disclaimers

VicPicQuest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PASTE_YOUR_COMPANY_OR_FULL_NAME will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using VicPicQuest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Your County/State], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
